Meet Cheryl Steinberg :

Cheryl Steinberg is Co-Founder and President of Spirit of Motherhood, LLC.  She is an EFT Advanced practitioner, educator, and wellness consultant.  Cheryl is the author of Becoming Cinderella

As the Mother of 2 beautiful and miraculous young boys, Cheryl is a     dedicated teacher of the most recent breakthrough recoveries of chronic      neurological and digestive disorders - utilizing scientifically-based dietary (SCD) and energy therapies (EFT).

Cheryl is an SCD Diet Startup Specialist where she serves as a  teacher and consultant to people who are brand new to the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) healing protocol.  Her expertise is the critical preparation stage BEFORE the diet actually starts.

Cheryl's EFT expertise spans the range of issues including anxiety, stress, fear, chronic pain, food cravings, as well as woman's issues including infertility and the feeling of being overwhelmed as a parent to a special needs child.

was a founding Mother of the Oakland Countychapters of both
